→ Arrival at Saturdays after 14:00 and departure at Saturdays
before 11:00, unless agreed otherwise.

| Payment |
→ 50% of the rent must be paid within 2 weeks after reservation.
→ The remaining part of the rent must be paid 6 weeks before
departure at the latest, or upon arrival at villa "Le Lustou". (no
PIN payment)
→ Directly upon arrival the cleaning costs and the deposit must
be paid.
→ In case of cancellation you still need to pay the entire rent.
(Therefore, we recommand to cover the eventuality of this situation
with a cancellation insurance.) |
